Her aftershock damage was bugged and was super low for the first 1-2 years after her release. Once they fixed her , she got used a lot more.7 -

You have champs like Omega red, gambit , etc... who don’t take thorns damage back with specific attacks. Maxed out Namor reflects thorns damage back. There’s also heroes like Falcon who have ability …17
